What is a Digital Inspection?

At Scott’s Automotive, we provide a complimentary and comprehensive digital safety and reliability inspection that is performed on every vehicle that comes in for service. This inspection notates the status of various components and documents any areas of concern with technician notes, photos/videos. It is then emailed or texted to the client, which allows them to see what the technician is seeing and have a clear understanding of their vehicle’s health – a “check-up”, if you will.

Through this transparency, our clients can stay on top of their maintenance and plan for upcoming service. This also allows our Service Advisors to answer questions and help prioritize any services or repairs that are recommended by the technician.

By showing our clients the status of their vehicle and anything that may be coming due, we hope to help better prepare them to avoid unexpected problems down the road.  Our purpose is to take care of cars and the people who drive them.
